Elder Eddy's arrival home

Thanks to David for making my countdown and my blog banner in anticipation of my youngest brother returning home from his mission. Ammon served in the South Africa, Durban mission for the past two years. He mission also included the country of Swaziland (think Zulu tribes) where he also served. My mom found these awesome shirts for my entire family to wear to the airport. They are the Fifa World Cup 2010 shirts that will be held in South Africa. Here's my little family waiting for Ammon at baggage claim. And there's Uncle Aaron waiting for his brother that he hasn't seen for 3 1/2 years because their missions overlapped. I think Aaron was almost as anxious as my mother.

Here are my boys holding up the South African flag...still waiting for Ammon. My parents flew this flag outside their home on special days like Mothers Day and Christmas when they got to speak to Ammon.

I was the official photographer and Randy was the videographer so here's my picture with my brother. (Left to Right: My mom, Aaron, Ammon and ME) Aaron was so emotional when he finally got to hug Ammon that he gave himself a bloody nose and bled on Ammon's suit. But it was touching to see and I hope my boys are that excited to see each other after their missions.

Welcome home, Ammon! We love you and we love missionary work! Thanks for being a great example to us and our boys. It's a good thing Clint is still out or Adam wouldn't have anymore missionaries to pray for and he sure loves praying for the missionaries.

that is the sweetest (and kind of grossest...lets be honest) thing about your brothers! I'm so glad that you had such a great reunion....and the shirts worked out great too.
