I LOVE BYU FOOTBALL

Seriously! I mean SERIOUSLY! Life does not get better than BYU beating Number 3 OU. Oh wait it does...watching BYU beat OU in HD on your 52 inch TV....yep that was goooood. (Nacho accent included). I declaring my new "guy" for the season as Brian Kariya number 33. After losing my last "guy" Austin Collie to the NFL I've had to pick my new "guy". Kariya is going to be my guy. When Harvey gets back he may not get much playing time but man, Kariya had a great game. Other random things I love about BYU football....did you hear the ESPN announcer say "I think Max Hall just said 'Oh my Gosh! or whatever it is they say in Provo'" Hilarious! Did you catch Sportsbeat and the Beat Goes on??? I love Tom Kirkland and Bronco. Now not as much as I love Greg Wrubell. Did you hear Greg call the last play of the game?? Beautiful! Nobody calls it like Greg. The last time I was dying of so much anticipating was the 2006 BYU versus Utah game with John Beck's famous last play of the game touchdown to Johnny Harline (yeah Johnny was my 2005 and 2006 "guy". I have a talent for picking THE guys.) Greg Wrubell called that last play also....screaming "caught for the touchdown" over and over again. This time he screamed "it's not gonna make it" over and over again after OU tried for a 54 yard field goal. Now there is this issue of how my brother didn't call and invite me to come down to the airport to meet the plane last night. And we have another issue...Matthew's first BYU football game resulted in a lot of tears for him. Not tears of joy over the win rather frightened sobs every time we cheered. And the last issue is that I have to wait 6 more days to watch BYU play again. Oh, I love Cougar football. I don't even have words to describe the euphoria state of joy college football season brings me.

P.S. There are 7 (yeah, count 'em, 7) players from Timpview High School on BYU's roster. Hah, Go T-birds!
